The automobile is a complicated vibration system constituted by several systems. These vibration systems are not isolated. They exist mutually influential relation. This can make bigger influence to vehicle driving performance. So building up the whole vehicle model having many DOF, researching the relation between mutually influences of automobile each vibration system and vehicle driving performance has the realistic meaning.This paper built the SC6350C whole virtual-automobile-prototype via ADAMS system. Including tire and road surroundings, the prototype could be simulated for driving, steering driving and braking operate. With the result of the virtual experiments, this paper also evaluated the harshness, handling stability and braking security of the prototype. By simulation, it was focused on studying the relation of suspension system and harshness, steering system and handling stability and the influence between mutually influence of suspension system and steering system and vehicle driving performance. On this foundation, it was studied and tallied up the general suspension system parameters influence regulation of vehicle driving performance, put forward to suspension system parameters modification project, improving the vehicle driving performance.
