Research On Integration Management Of Prefabricated Construction Supply Chain Based On BIM

Construction industry occupies a large proportion in China's GDP.It is one of the important industries to maintain economic growth under the background of the new normal economy of China.However,due to the pressure of the disappearance of the demographic dividend and the environmental pollution,it is impossible to maintain the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry if the traditional model is still maintained.Prefabricated construction adopt industrialized production methods,which can reduce the number of laborers,reduce pollution and increase efficiency,and have broad space for development.It is a trend of transformation and upgrading of China's construction industry.At present,the coordination level of China's prefabricated construction supply chain enterprises is relatively low,there is not enough communication and information sharing,and lack of strategic co-ordination,which makes the cost of prefabricated construction increase and hinders its development.At the present stage of prefabricated construction supply chain,the level of information needs to be improved.First,starting from the country's policy level,the background of the topic and the significance of the research are elaborated in relation to the economic environment.The related studies at home and abroad are combed and summarized,and the research content,research methods,and technical routes of the thesis are given.Then there are related theories and concepts of the project,which mainly include the relevant theoretical concepts of BIM,related theoretical concepts of prefabricated construction supply chain,and related theoretical concepts of supply chain integration management.Then,the analysis of the supply chain of prefabricated construction is mainly based on the structure,characteristics and current situation of the prefabricated construction supply chain,and fully analyzes the supply chain,so as to lay the foundation for subsequent integrated management.The next step is the construction of an information sharing platform for prefabricated construction supply chainbased on BIM.The main content of information sharing in the supply chain of prefabricated construction and the model adopted for information transmission are analyzed,and a safeguard strategy is formulated for the operation of the platform.The fifth chapter is based on the BIM-based prefabricated construction supply chain integration management model,through the study of a two-tier prefabricated construction supply chain consisting of a building material supplier and a contractor,through model calculations after the integrated management based on BIM information sharing The conclusion that both parties can increase their earnings.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and gives conclusions and points out future research directions.
