| There is an important theoretics which goes through this paper,and the main idea is that we should look on the energy consumption level in buildings in a holistic and systemic way; building is a complex system and there are a lot of coupling factors which influence the energy consumption, so it's advisable for us to consider all the factors together and can get the optimal energy-saving means.The paper validates the concept of utmost building shape coefficient which was put forward by professor Lixing Ding in Zhongnan University by the simulation of the building models in five climate subareas, and the conclusion is that the variation rules of every index in the same building in different subareas is consistent with that of the building shape coefficient;it also gets the conclusion that the overall energy consumption level in buildings is connected with the climate and geographical conditions after adding some energy-saving means to 80 building models,so the research should be carried out on the climate and geographical characteristics separately.Using three demonstration energy-saving projects in Dalian as the research objects, the simulation of the projects with eQuest lays emphasis on heating manners, pyrology performance of the windows, insulation forms of exterior walls, area ratio of window to wall and building shape coefficient, and the conclusion is that the key point in the design of energy-saving residential building in Dalian is to consider all the factors together and arrange the pyrology performance of the building envelop and area ratio of window to wall reasonably, and the breakthrough of the values in specification is possible.It arranges all the projects from the apartment model, building envelop design and area ratio of window to wall aspect during the process of the design in the paper, and analyses and optimizes the best project after considering the price factor from the simulation results finally, then confirms the building envelop and completes the whole optimal design.The paper brings forward a kind of energy-saving design method which fits the situation of China through combining the integrated design theory which is prevalent in foreign countries in the end. The main idea is to separate the whole design process into two parts which are the early process and the later process, and to choose different building energy simulation softwares on the basis of the characteristics in different process. |
