Along with the rapid development of economy and urbanization in recent years, arising number of buildings have been set up, including residential buildings, officebuildings, commercial buildings and so on. The process of urbanization mainly lies inthe development of construction industry. Indeed, the development of the construction isnot only an increase in the quantity and height, what is more important is building itselffor energy saving and control. Regarding the general way of energy saving in theconstruction field, the design of energy saving in the construction mainly lies in theinnovation of maintaining the structure thermal performance and urban heating networkefficiency, but there is less analysis and research on the impact of the shape coefficientof building, building height and building orientation towards the consumption of theconstruction, the research of the energy saving design of the construction is inconsideration of building envelope, the shape coefficient of building, buildingorientation etc. All the analysis and research are under the requirement of the rules andregulations of the construction industry. The related data are reached on it combiningwith the location of Qingdao, Shandong. The relative study of modeling will be carriedout through the building envelope, building shape coefficient and building orientation.The above summaries of the research meet the detailed rules and regulations for theimplementation of energy-efficiency design of residential buildings in Qingdao (65%standard). Hope this research can help in finding the changing rules of constructionplane on the shape coefficient of building and the contradictions of architectural designand energy saving in construction. To provide related theory references for futuredesign.There are four chapters in this paper, analyzed by three parts. The first chapter isthe first part, which is in conclusion of the background, target and meaning of the paper,to provide contents and method of research, to make clear of the relative concept and inconclusion of the general thesis of the whole paper.Part two include chapter two and three, it first analyzes the current situation of nationalenergy saving in construction, and then analyzes one by one two of the practical casesunder construction in Qingdao. Get the calculation reports in the energy saving processby use of the energy saving software PKPM. To make a contract analysis through theexternal retaining structure mentioned in the two reports. Next is to have a research onthe impact of different construction plane on the shape coefficient of building throughapartment layout modeling. Including the layout of the building plane, constructionlength, and further on the influence on building shape coefficient. The forth chapter is todetermine the optimal energy saving residential design in Qingdao combined with theabove conclusion.
