Research On The Marshalling Station Safety Management Information Syetem

The Marshalling Station is a key crunode of the railway network whose work is fulfilled by multitype workers of different departments . The safety of the Marshalling Station which plays an importment role in railway transportation influenced the expeditor and efficiency of railway truck line and terminal directly.Combining the actual status of the Jinan western railway station , this paper applies management information system technique to develop four Marshalling Station safety management subsystem : safety early-warning subsystem , safety evaluation subsystm, rescue f and safety culture subsystem .Safety early-warning subsystem finds out the weak section of safety work at persent and put forward the prevention measures next based on the analysis of safety information.Safety evaluation subsystem performs the evalation of safety work of every department to realize PDCA recurrence through building safety evaluation standard .Aiming at the section that may arise problems , rescue subsystem establishes pre-planed emergency response scheme to decline the lose and influence to lowest once taking place trouble .Safety culture subsystem is used to set up the thought idea of the safety culture and build up the safe culture construction system.The development and application of the Marshalling Station safety management information system can standardize the Marshalling Station safety management and improve the effect of safety management , thereby insure the expeditor of the Marshalling Station.
