The Research For Some Problems Of New Peasant Village Construction

During the course of urbanization in China, traditional agriculture has confronted extreme lash and great changes have taken place in the corresponding social structure with the reorganization of social sources. New peasant village is a new kind of inhabiting regions and formation for village residents, created in the background of urbanization. The basic meaning to build new peasant village is to make the soil yield to the most limit and create more comfortable living condition through recombining the soil. The village construction is the one of the most important problems of national economy construction in China currently. However, building new peasant village is a major way to achieve overall development in both city and village and improve village living environment.Beginning with inducing the conception of new peasant village and treating Chengdu and its surrounding regions as a start point, the article analyses the emergence background of new peasant village and sets forth its developing process, present situation, distribution character, etc. Comparing to more and more standardizing house construction, new peasant village has key influence on its construction results. At present, the construction for new peasant village involves overall-construction model and self-construction model. Different model corresponds to different organization way and building character and leads to different problems and effects.Generally, technology is just only talked about in some research, however, new peasant village construction has close relation to its external circumstance. We need to research not only its building form, but also its internal essences, such as comprehensive character concerned with society, economy, and culture. In brief words, these aspects can be summarized as social form and material form.Nowadays, new peasant village in Chengdu surrounding regions, the main residence type is low-rise touched-house and low-rise independent house. And in outskirts of Chengdu, the main is multi-floor apartments.In diverse external environment; all kinds of residences have different advantages and disadvantages. When selecting a reasonable residence; we need to pay more attention to the organic organization of the external form and internal form.Based on the investigation and comparison to approximately 50 new peasant villages; the article analyzed 4 new peasant villages such as Wenjiang Qianhu Village in emphasis. The final design practice in Jiezi Town is an inspection and summary to these research results.
