Nowadays, informationization is necessary for manufacturing enterprise to enhance the key competitiveness. With the development of society and technology, the extent of informationization for manufacturing enterprise becomes deeper and deeper. Informationization plays an increasingly important role in the management and production of manufacturing enterprise. One important component of informationization of manufacturing enterprise is to optimize manufacturing process through resource-sharing. The modeling and simulation is the means to make the optimized production scheduling plan. Based on the manufacturing platform of ASIMCO Nanyue(Hengyang) Co.,Ltd and its equipment management information system(EMIS) which was developed by our project team, this thesis makes a further study. At first, the main production organization form of the domestic and international manufacturing enterprise and ASIMCO's practical organization form are analyzed. The idea of the synthesized manufacturing system which has existed for a long time and has been used broadly is brought forward. Secondly, the process flow of the typical product is described in detail. Based on its EMIS and the typical process flow, the queue model of ASIMCO's synthesized manufacturing system is set up. At last, the process flow is simulated and a simulation result is gotten. By analyzing the result of simulation, the steps of production jams are established so that an improved manufacturing model can be put forward. For its long-term existence and extensive application, the research of the synthesized manufacturing system brings very practical significance for the enhancement of manufacturing ability and competitiveness of the enterprise in manufacture industry.
