| Equipment management plays a very important role in manufacturing enterprises.With the rapid development of information technology and the pressure from market competition,enterprises are raising the failure rate,quality and maintenance cost of equipment.At the same time,equipment management is complicated for enterprises,which often leads to equipment failure and quality problems.At present,more and more industries are using information,intelligent and other ways to manage enterprises,and some enterprises use digital management,and digital is mainly the use of manufacturing execution system(MES)for management.As the core of enterprise production management,MES must establish a relationship with ERP system.According to the improvement of equipment communication network,the equipment is more stable and reliable in operation.This paper takes Dongfeng Hangzhou Company as an example to study equipment management optimization under MES environment.Firstly,through investigation and research,the existing problems and areas needing improvement in equipment management of the company are understood,and the research status at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research method and content are analyzed.In the theory analysis of equipment management,the theory of production execution system and the response theory analysis of related products are introduced.Based on the analysis of the current situation of equipment management in Dongfeng Hangzhou Company,we put forward some problems to be solved,such as equipment management,spare parts management,personnel management,etc.,and then optimized these problems.Then,according to MES equipment management scheme,the optimization design was carried out,including equipment maintenance,equipment monitoring,equipment operation,daily maintenance and other aspects of optimization,and the equipment monitoring system was optimized.At last,guarantee measures are taken to optimize equipment management implemented by MES,and the establishment of equipment management and operation team of MES is introduced,as well as the strengthening of staff training and other contents.According to some problems in the dongfeng hangzhou company,based on the background of MES system to improve and optimize enterprise equipment management process,and also the MES the entire management cycle,to collect various data,but also for statistics and analysis,so as to improve the reliability of equipment,reduce the quality of the products,etc.,it is also important basis for enterprise core competitiveness.This paper focuses on three dimensions of special production activities,quick response to maintenance,and personnel management,and establishes three pillars management mode based on MES.Through the powerful on-site monitoring and data processing function of MES system,the improvement and optimization of equipment management of Dongfeng Hangzhou Company is realized. |
