With the increasingly tense energy on this planet and the deterioration of the environment,economic,convenient and environment-friendly energy become the urgent problem of a relationship to human survival and sustainable development,rational distribution of energy facilities configuration and control function can significantly improve the facilities and energy use efficiency and reduce the cost of the.At present in most of the domestic industrial enterprises,take measures of energy saving and emission reduction is mainly technology and structural energy saving.These measures mainly through technological transformation and other measures to reduce energy consumption,many business unit product energy consumption has reached leading level at home and abroad,continue to energy-saving technologies for owners will receive the constraints of technical bottleneck.Although some extent,to achieve the purpose of the energy-saving emission reduction,but energy saving management in some industrial enterprises has not been paid attention to,with the continuous expansion of the enterprise scale,energy consumption cost is an important issue that must be considered for the survival and sustainable development of the enterprise,how to improve the efficiency of energy use,reduce emissions is enterprises are facing a new subject,on the other hand,along with the international oil prices continuing to rise,the state canceled on high energy consuming enterprises preferential tariff measures etc.of enterprise energy management put forward higher requirements.Energy medium water,electricity and gas utilization management process is enhanced by the transformation,to achieve integrated management mode of acquisition,control and optimize the overall situation,to promote the depth of node energy management of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises in the traditional energy management and modern advanced production mode with electronic information.In summary,the development of the energy management system for the equipment manufacturing industry.The main innovation of this paper lies in:In accordance with the defects of the original energy management system in the actual operation,carding and optimizing the original energy management business and new business processes based on the concept of E-JIT(energy just in time),through the PDCA(plan do check action)to promote sustainable energy efficiency.By means of visualization technology,wireless technology,scanning technology and supplier external collaboration mechanism,a high efficiency and reasonable energy management model of heavy equipment manufacturing is established.By using the process of research and analysis of the original energy medium,to the core business of the optimization principle as the Standard Version,the optimization of electric,coal,oxygen,water,steam and other five kinds of energy medium management process,and design of ERP system,the original energy medium control system interface management process.The design and implementation of energy management system for equipment manufacturing industry,the system use case technology,function analysis,module division,using sequence diagram,activity diagram,E-R diagram and data flow diagram and other technical architecture design,finally through the object-oriented encoding technology system.At present,the new issue of B system has been on-line and smooth acceptance,based on the original A system phase,the data acquisition module,data monitoring and analysis module and control module to conduct in-depth research and analysis,combined with their own learning,and the defects of the original system of transformation and optimization.In the test run time within a year,to realize the automatic monitoring of electricity,natural gas,coal gas,compressed air,heating water,circulating water and tap water and other energy media,completed the optimization of scheduling and management of energy,to achieve a safe,excellent energy supply,improve the working efficiency and reduce energy consumption.Finally,the system can meet the requirements of energy saving in the "12th Five-Year" plan,which is in accordance with the actual economic benefits of the enterprise,and has achieved remarkable results.
