The Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) is one of the Rapid Prototyping typical technologies. FDM refers to mechanics, CNC, macromolecule material and computer software technologies.FDM device has no laser to have many advantages, one of which is convenient. So it is significant to research and develop the FDM device. The whole structure of FDM is brought forward through two year's studying and developing,but it is not perfect. To solve this problem ,on the basis of its whole structure and the experience about development of Rapid Prototyping(RP) device,analyses the characteristic of the technical aspect of FDM manufacture and use the advanced technologies about programming to develop the module of manufacture among the FDM software system. To use the module to debug FDM device.FDM manufacture software has friendly interface, powerful layer manufacture and Real-time information feedback. Through studying and developing, this module solves some problems. These problems are as follows. Make use of binary search and dynamic array to read of ZIF document in the course of manufacturing; use queue data structure to transmit the order from superior buffer to lower buffer on the basis of twin buffer and multithreading theory; employ some timers and queue data structure to query manufacture state and display manufacture state and make use of point-by-point compare optimization arithmetic and relative distance optimization arithmetic optimizing the filling path of FDM system through thinking of Hamilton graphs. It can successfully optimize the filling path of FDM system. To make use of the module to debug FDM system, the result shows that FDM device can manufacture many products with the module of manufacture, further more, the mechanical precision of FDM system, the design of the sprayer and filling path of FDM system are satisfying and fulfill the demand of FDM technique. After filling path is optimized with arithmetic,redundant distance in filling path of FDM system is reduced and work efficiency of FDM system is enhanced.
