With the development of society and science and technology, modern manufacturingindustry has been designed to every industry, people’s basic necessities of life is slowlyleaving the modern manufacturing industry. At the same time, people for the requirementsof the quality of the products whether there is meet the demand problem requirementsmore stringent, which followed in all walks of life the production and sale of products,competition is becoming increasingly fierce. How to ensure the quality of colleagues toshorten the production cycle? Modern manufacturing is a good solution to the problem.Because the modern manufacturing industry product design cycle is short, based on thisand according to the customer’s individual needs to provide the personalized demand, andultimately the formation of an impressive product market is the trend of the times. Atpresent, under the background of such a rapid development of society, businesses want togreat innovation and breakthrough of the manufacturing industry, then such premise topromote rapid prototyping technology formation and development become nowadays themost heavy, rapid prototyping technology has also become at present, our main researchtopic. The advantages of the fused deposition rapid prototyping deposition rapidprototyping technique is present in all molding technology used most widely, and thefastest growing of a molding technology, this technology with its convenient, easyoperation and so on are favored by the industry. At present, the fused deposition rapidprototyping technology has become a hot research topic, which has been applied to therelated field.The main research work are as follows:1.The different characteristics of the introduction of rapid prototyping technologyprinciple, process, with the traditional process, the forming technology and the rapidprototyping technology development status and trends. Fused deposition as the maincontent of this thesis, introduces the forming principle and process, introduces the theFDM process of forming system, material processing, forming process parameters such as the factors were the dimension precision, surface quality and shape precision of theinfluence, of the current situation of the research made a summary and proposed in thispaper.2. Through theoretical analysis of FDM scanning principle and process, analysis ofthe material accumulated deformation process may cause the cause of the error andaccording to the established theoretical model of fused deposition workpiece warpage;according to the established simulation quantitatively describes the main factors ofdeformation and the influence degree of; the analysis of the factors influencing FDMforming precision of the root causes and solutions.3.Powerful analysis function. Using the ANSYS, fused deposition process indifferent scanning speed of model simulation, analysis of FDM process commonly usedcentralized scanning and filling speed, force changes should be under the condition ofdifferent scanning speed is obtained, and the work piece deformation, it puts forward theoptimal combination of data.4. The orthogonal test analysis of fused deposition modeling factors, and of the fuseddeposition forming scanning speed numerical simulation studies were carried out to verifythe results, minimum warp age variation of the optimal combination of parameters isobtained.
