Research And Development Of The Special Controller Based On Embedded Technology

With great development of embedded technology, its reliability and stability had been knows as well as its low cost. In addition, embedded product has been used for small industry control projects for its great advantages of communication with computer. Actually system products based on embedded technology had been used on many kinds of control products. With gradually convenient programming language and increasing capability of engineers, embedded products had shown out the trend to take place of small PLC.Considering requirement of industry control and based on embedded technology and modularized structure, this dissertation took popular embedded mini-controller to develop special controller, which was used to replace PLC of sewage pumping station and something else.This dissertation will be narrated from six chapters, detailed as below:Chapter 1: Exordium. Current situation of embedded system had been introduced as well as significance, direction and application of development of special controller.Chapter 2: Based on development of hardware of embedded technology, author brought in power module, CPU module and I/O module of A/D of special controller.Chapter 3: Development of communication system based on BUS. Major topic was about STD BUS and its application of special controller and also RS-232/485 BUS.Chapter 4: Development of software. It was introduced how to develop software of communication system in detail based on hardware.Chapter 5: Development of OPCServer. This chapter narrated meaning of developing OPCServer and its basic process.Chapter 6: Summary and expectation. First it was a summary of how is going on about what said above. And some suggestions of how to deeply study on special controller had been brought out.
