Research On Improved Models Application Of Highway Network Planning Comprehensive Evaluation

Transportation facilities of highway is the foundation of national economic and defence construction, and is also the important symbol to weigh the development of the country. In order to assure the highway construction to develop in a rapid and healthy way, the objective regulation of the transportation development should be studied and advanced science programming and comprehensive evaluation methods should be adopted. Comprehensive evaluation is the important content of the highway network planning, and it plays a decision-making role in the implement of the item.Fix quantify and qualitative analysis on technique evaluation, economy evaluation and community environment evaluation of the highway network planning is done in this article. Filtrate and dimensionless method on evaluate index are also discussed. Based on the profound comprehension on principal component analysis, grey ralation method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, Back-Propagation Network and DEA, improved comprehensive evaluation models of projection decision-making method based on combined weighted coefficient and DEA model with AHP restraint cone based on fictitious DMU are put up. All these models are used in two examples and their results are compared and analyzed, as well as their applicability, merits and demerits. The improved models are proved to be right and valid.
