The Rural Power System's Design And Actualization

Rural area power management is one of major operations to rural power system and clients. The operation is include production , vendition, security , server , people resource , finance , etc. Under the base of production sustain , organize , correspond, supervise rural power sales, check client' s plan of using power , carry rural power using integrated management into execution. As development of power system , it is need to improve the lever of power system management dependent advanced technology such as computer and communication etc.In the base of characteristic of rural power management and localization of at present rural power system management and faults of rural power management, put forward componentStructure' s rural power system management . This structure can entire fill the development and demand of rural power system . In recent years, the Module of Software Engineering is a new trend, this pattern brings a breakout into software industry. At first, this paper introduces the character of module means, and compare it with the traditional Software Engineering method in every aspects, and draws a conclusion that the Module of Software Engineering is the direction of software engineering' s development; then, on this premises, this paper analyzes the peculiarities of power system' s management software, in the traditional way, it is difficult to program power system' s management software, for if we do like that, we should found that we are in a dilemma. To shake off the hot water; to make it easier to update and maintain the system, I bring forward the Modern Rural Power System which have three hiberarchy structure .Using the idea of module in this system, I have made this system be widely used by power bureau than ever, and have reduced the exploitation' s repetition, and have avoided the resource' s waste in a great extent. After introducing the modern rural power system entirely, this paper recites module of power system, module of power production, module of power vendition , module of power production, module of power server etc. paper not only puts forward these modules, but also narrates the information transferred between these modules. At last, this paper points out the Sybase database and the JAVA programmer flat that are used in this software, and what is more, discusses the reason and the theory premise of my choice.In practice, the software can complete the works well . It prove that the design of the software have preferably value in power system application.
