| In this paper, what is discussed is a design of intelligent and synthetic protective deviceof mineral product electric motor. The paper introduced domestic and foreign developmenttendency of electric motor protects, elaborated breakdown character of the mineral productelectric motor, studied four kinds of breakdowns (Overload, Short-circuits, Breaks andLeakage) and the protection principle of mineral product electric motor.An intelligent and synthetic protective device, with the master chip of 8051 SingleChip micro-controller, is designed. The hardware of circuit, including circuits of inputtingsignal, man-machine interface, and protecting actuation, primary dominating CPU system andcommunication, is designed. Practical System software is designed as to circuits ofman-machine interface, primary dominating CPU system and communication. The protectivedevice accomplished real-time monitor and protection on breakdowns of overload,short-circuits, breaks and leakage. The innovated side in this paper is communication circuitwas added, and fulfilled long-distance correspondence between PC machine and intelligentterminal. In communication circuit, in view of the type of communicated interface of PCmachine and 8051 Single Chip micro-controller and long transmitting distance(the longest isseveral thousands meters) between them, we choice CAN bus acting as the maincorresponded mode between them. CAN bus have realized a long-distanced communicationin three kinds of aspects of timeliness, accuracy and stability.Then work of experiments is introduced. First, we introduce the paces of debugged workof experiments, then, examine experiments of protection of overload, short-circuits, breaksand leakage, and obtains results. Experiment results show that each function of the protectivedevice achieves the designed target.Finally, the conclusion is drought, function and character of the device is summarized,and the next studying direction is pointed out. |
