The multi-tower high building structure with a transfer is complicated so that its seismic performance is not specific. So it is difficult to design this kind of structure. Though elastic finite element is adopted to analyze its seismic mechanism, methods are not sufficient for structural design. Based on the finite element analysis, its seismic performance is studies deeply.In order to evaluate the structural seismic performance, three approaches, spectrum method, time-history analysis method and static elastic-plastic analysis method, are used in this project.Seismic response regularities of the structure revealed through the finite element analysis. A sequence of generating hinges is studies by Push-over analysis, as well as base shear. Further the structural seismic performance is evaluated clearly by capacity spectrum method.
