The Status Maintenance Management System And Its Data Flow Analyses In Fuel Power Plants

For a long time ,Traditional maintenance modes such as schedule maintenance,fault maintenance were adopted by many fuel power plants. But as the increaseof unit capacity and auxiliary equipments amount and the improvement oftechnology, traditional maintenance modes will be replaced by status maintenance,a new mode.The article explains the concept of status maintenance and the evolvementprocess of maintenance system, Then it introduces the current status of researchand application through inside and outside our country in status maintenanceand sums up the status maintenance system .With work flow technology, The articleanalyses a few typical data flows and works out the reasonable data flows. Usingchart theory, It sets up the mathematic model and analyses the data flowtransmission. Facing the discovered problems ,The article put forward two waysto resolve them which are "bandwidth distribution , time-sharingtransmission". The article explains the implementation methods of modulesin the status maintenance system combining the bug management moduleexperiences and works out a reasonable flow for the research and developmentof status maintenance management system .In the end of the article, Itanalyses the implementation effects of status maintenance management systemin PuShan power plant.
