Research On Hangzhou's Colorscape

Start from the point of color, this paper studies the construction of colourscape in the complex system of a city. The first part of the paper introduce the project and give out the definition of "urban colourscape" and current situation of related research in the world. The second part of the paper analysized the urban colourscape to support the following part in theory. The next part analysized Hangzhou's urban colourscape all-sided, and gives out the principle of colourscape design and the control guide according to different modality of space. The forth part pay attention to design and practice, studied and analysized the situation of Yan'an Road in Hangzhou, and gives advices to it. The last part summaries all the work and something need to be improved.
