According to the character of the machining of Complicated machine center, combining the developing current of numerical control process technique and the operation merit of AC servo system, namely, running quient and high accuracy etc ... ,the "NC insert PC" mode is adopted to establish the working table, we prepare to combine the application of AC servo system and the the design of machine center CAD/CAM system for the first time , openning out a new application field of AC servo system. On the design of hardware resource of a PC computer itself and connecting with the motion control card. On the design of software, in the Windows 2000 enviroment, this paper realizes the DIY of software in the design method of modularizes structure by the development tool of "Visual C++, which materializes the basic idea of open system structure.In the part of debugging, we explain the enviroment and the purpose of debugging. Form the aspects of hardware and software, we debugged the whole CNC system, then analyze the result.Combining with practice, we discussing the characteristics and development direction of the open CNC, and point out some suggestion about the system to improve. So that improved produce's quality, quicken the speed of production , buildup system's anti-jamming ability. The whole system will be high expansibility,which is assure the update and the simplify of the regularization of the manufacture. And it is provided with wide opening foreground. |
