A Study On The Architecture Features Of Ancient Houses In Ming And Qing Dynasties In Jinhua Town Of Yunnan Province

This paper investigates in the local common people residence of Jinhuazhen. In view of the local common people residence in Jinhuazhen, the topic described the characteristic of the old buildings, and has conducted the classified research to it.Since the ancient times, Yunnan is an area consisted of many deferent nations and deferent culture. From either the long history or the geography of Yunnan, we can always find the particularity of the culture. Because of the differences of culture and national customs, the architecture in different places in Yunnan also has different style and the characteristic.Because the superiority geographical position that Yunnan Jianchuan Jinhuazhen ancient common people residence located, some of them was well protected, including the buildings of Ming Dynasty, Qing Dynasty and Minguo. They do a well reflection of the region characteristic and the national style. This is the protection advantageous aspect. In recent years, These common people residences become the multitudinous passengers' place to settle down, maybe this can bring the considerable traveling income for the local economy, but the construction and energetic connotation --ancient common people residence traditional culture characteristic -are changing. Through the investigation and study, we find that the historical factor and the political reason influence has caused large quantities of precious cultural relic construction damaging with the demolition and the construction change. Adapting to the modern life , the ancient streets and alleys have to be changed. This is the disadvantageous aspect for protection.Chooses the common people residence in Jinhua—the old town in Jianchuan, as the object of study because that: (1)Nationality's multiplication, including the Han Nationality, the Pai national minority, the Naxi nationality and several other nationalities;(2)Typical regional characteristic such as geographical position and location selection of the small towns;(3)The culture blends. This a areamixed with the national culture, regional culture and external cultural;@the well protected local people residents;?The construction technology characteristic fused traditional construction and native place construction technology and craft;?The particularity of the mixture of a multi-religious culture.The article is divided into three parts: The first part describes Yunnan and Jinhuazhen's historical evolution, climate characteristic, national and cultural constitution, then discussed the Jianchuan Jinhuazhen's historical development process and its multi-religious culture. In the second part, the paper studies on the typical architecture characteristic in Jianchuan of Ming and Qing Dynasty separately. According to above analysis, the third part has discussed the value and the significance of the common people residence in Jianchuan Jinhuazhen of Ming and Qing Dynasties.
