Study On Water Resourse Carrying Capacity For Urban & Town System Of Guanzhong "One Line And Two Belt"

Water resourse is the important part of sustainable development as a strategy resourse in national economy and society development.However with the rapid development of economy and society, the contradiction between supply and demand of water resource is more and more outstanding and the situation is increasingly rigorous. Water resourse is scarce for urban & town system of Guanzhong " one line and two belt" in shaanxi province and water resource measure by person is to only occupy 17% on average of the whole nation,so the situation will seriously restrict sustainable development of economy,society and ecosystem environment in the region.The article is based on water resourse carring capacity research of domestic and overseas,setting out from angle of sustainable development and balance of supply and demand about water resource from the region,then systemly analyse and evaluate condition of the water resources being developed and utilized for urban & town system of Guanzhong " one line and two belt" .Multi-objective programming and decision making model will be adopted to calculate water resource carring capacity, Finally many practical suggestions will be brought up to allocate and control water resourse.In the part of theory study,the first step is expatiating related concept of water resources earring capacity,including water resourse,water resourse system,carring capacity.Secondly the paper will put great emphasis on to analyze the concept, connotation and basic characteristic of water resource earring capacity.Finally the paper will completely analyse influence factors of water resource earring capacity and evaluate main research methods.This part of theory study will supply the theoretic support for the study.During the evaluation research of water resource being developed and utilized,the first step will discuss the development condition of society and economy,water resource total quantum in Guanzhong region. Secondly this part will systemly analyse conditionand current problems of water resourse,banlance condition of supply and demand about water resource,and make certain of evaluating index of water resourse being developed and utilized.Finally the part will analyse and evaluate the constructure, degree and development potential of water resourse being developed and utilized.During of calculating water resource earring capacity, above all this part will construct the evaluation quota system, setting out from banlance analysis between supply and demand of water resourse in Guanzhong region. Subsequently the part will adopt multi-object planning and decision making model to calculate out short-term and long-term water resourse caring capacity, the performance is in GDP, population quantity, food yield and BOD row.The final part will expatiate research of allocation and control about water resource, then analyse connotation, main contents and characteristic, finally the paper will bring up practical suggestions for rational allocation and control of water resource according to earring capacity and the current situation of water resource.
