| With development of economy and society, water's uneven distribution and consumption are on the rising.The spatial distributions of water resources are inconsistent with requirement and consumption of water.It allows traditional methods planning and management decision-making of water resources not to meet current integration and management of the overall layout requirements for water resources.It is very important that we must make use of the latest and most effective information technology tools to imporve thelevel of decision-making of water resource planning system.To establish decision-making of water resource planning system for Pingwu based on WEBGIS and combine water resource planning with spatial information ensures us to make use of map data display,remote access and map management,which is able to improve level of decision-making of water resource planning system and make water resources planning and management approaches turn to the dynamic management, fine management, quantitative management, and scientific management with strengthening the digital construction of water resources.In this paper, because of traditional water resources plan and management backward technology for Pingwu, to propose decision-making of water resource planning system architecture that is based in spatial data. To develop the database for decision-making of water resource planning system and management decision-making and map display client is also the core for the system. In this thesis, firstly we study on water resources development planning and management decision-making system on the domestic and international .Secondly functional requirements of the system is described. Thirdly we study on the basis of GIS theory and related development technologies that are used in research, then we discussed the use of linear and nonlinear method to establish water resources planning evaluation model. To develop the overall framework of the system and database construction, we also present the key technology including FlexGis, SQL Server2000 database and .NET development platform modules.The system mainly makes use of b / s structure and is divided into server and browser. Server includes user management functions, map data management and maintenance functions. Front page includes display area, data browsing, data query, monitoring object point query, water resources planning evaluation results output. In this system, database of water resource management decisions is the basis of the whole system, all functions of operations are based on database objects, and data management and query of water management decisions, Web services, construction, and water resources planning evaluation is the core of the system. |
