In the process of developing motor drive AMT of Hybrid Electrical Vehicle, one of the key is to adjust and control the selecting motor, the gear shifting motor and the clutch motor. Here, with MATLAB/SIMULINK, the PID controlling arithmetic and the controlling system models of the motors are built. For the real-time code can be generated with the dSPACE Real-Time Workshop DS1401/1501, and the workshop has hardware interface with the controlled systems, it can be directly connected to the actual system. With the workshop a HIL simulating and testing system of the AMT is implemented. It can be used to research motor control method. At last, some test results are illustrated. The system has been successfully application to the development of a Hybrid Electrical Vehicle.AMT is developed from traditional shaft manual gearbox and dry clutch, it applied electronic technology and the theory of automatic transmission, and it control the system through the TCU. TCU control the detachment and conjunction of the clutch, the action of shifting and the engine so that the AMT can achieve the start, shift and automatic transmission of the vehicle. The basic principle of AMT: in terms of the intension of the driver (acceleration pedal, stopping pedal, switching) and the current status of the vehicle (speed of engine, speed of input shaft, vehicle speed and gear position), rest on suitable control rules (the rule of shift, detach rule of clutch etc.), through the mechanism of fuel supply, clutch and shifting, AMT control the system of the power train together (engine, gearbox clutch).From 1990s, development of vehicles enters a new electronic era. Hybrid electric vehicles (HEV), employing different energyconvert devises, have incomparable advantages of traditional internal combustion vehicles in fuel economy and emission. In Japan, the United States and European countries, governments and automobile manufactures have invested a lot to develop HEV, HEV components. Up to now, there are several HEV available in the world market. The thesis, which is supported by the HEV sub-project of the 863 Program of China, study of the parametric design, control algorithm and hybrid control system of HongQI hybrid electric car. The study on the operational characters of AC electric motors show that they' ve got much higher efficiency than the internal combustion engines and much better characteristic, which is fit to drive the load like vehicles. Furthermore, AC electric motors can work in more than two operation quadrants, this is very important to regeneration braking.Introduces the theory and the design of the construction and system framework of Motor Control System of Hybrid Electrical Vehicle AMT. Presents the primary work theory and system' s software implementation of basing on dSPACE to implement the self-control of selecting and switching shift controlling of clutch and with SIMULINK, the PID controlling arithmetic and the controlling system models of the motors are built. Main research work, as flow:1 Expatiate the characteristic, Real-Time emulational function, software and hardware of dSPACE.2 We design totally the system to control motors of select, shift and clutch. Measure accurately the characteristic of all sensors and execution mechanism used in the system.3 Expatiate the communication process of CAN signs of TCU with dSPACE.4 With SIMULINK, the PID controlling arithmetic and the controller models of the motors are built.5 This text recounts HEV definition, basis work theory, characteristic and sort of HEV.6 We have a brief introduce about computer simulation, the function of it and the developing situation of the simulated software. Meanwhile, we would also make a summarization about this simulated sof tware-SIMULLINK and its practical area which are used by this project.7 With the workshop a HIL simulating and testing system of the AMT is implemented. And we obtain the related data.This text recounts HEV definition, basis work theory, characteristic and sort of HEV. It proceeds thoroughly analysis on the system of HEV AMT and analyzes its foreground and advantage on develop. Measure accurately the characteristic of all sensors and execution mechanism used in that system. The core adopts the tool of dSPACE. We design totally the system to control motors of select, shift and clutch. Using dSPACE, we can do experiments of "closed loop" and "opened loop" . We have done the related experiments, obtained the related data and acquired the anticipant result.
