Domestic medium and small enterprises have failed to meet the demands ofthe unpredictable customized market under the circumstance of internationalcooperation of manufacturing and global economy. Due to our generalization ofCAD/CAE/CAM in large and medium mould enterprises energetic development ofinformation management technology for mould enterprises has become the key.Therefore, Networked manufacturing has become a popular way of manufacturing.Recent years, foreign and domestic experts and scholars have brought forwarddifferent modes for networked manufacturing, such as Agile Manufacturing,Dispersed Networked Production System, Computer Integrated ManufacturingSystem and Regional Virtual Networks System etc. To excogitate our own mode bylearning from those achievements would solve many problems like lifecycle ofproduction, product design process, improvement of competitive capability of themanufacturing enterprises.In this paper we put forward Dynamic Alliance of mould enterprises. Based onautomobile parts manufacturing enterprises in northeast of China, put forward theconcept traits and meaning of Automobile Parts Networked Manufacturing andestablished a platform and running mode of networked manufacturing according tothe definition, system structure of networked manufacturing.The Automobile Parts Networked Manufacturing System adopt the modeorganizing government manufacturing school research together within a certainarea(for example a province a city an area a county).With the support ofcomputer net(including both Internet and Intranet)and database,it integrateddynamically the manufacturing and technical resources of the enterprises highschools graduate schools from the area.It was an open modern integratedmanufacturing system containing different functional subsystem networkedtechnical support center and service center.Based on the system structure and running mode of networked manufacturingplatform, we developed the Automobile Parts Networked Manufacturing systemsoftware.APNM system is consisted of cooperative design cooperative manufacturingand cooperative supply chain.The web data technique adopted three-layer structurewhich were customer browser net server and data server;It uses the popular J2EEframe structure with the theory of framework design.The whole system will beintegrated dynamically the manufacturing and technical resources of the enterprisescombined by operation layer and system structure layer.In this paper we alsodiscussed the setup of the customer settings of the browser and database link indetails.In this paper, it mainly studied the Part Management Subsystem of APNM.This subsystem emphasized the achievement cooperative design function.Thedesign of the subsystem followed the "Rational Unified Process" rules. Thesubsystem was divided into Screen Output (Interface), Programming (Class), DataBase (Table) using "Unified Modeling Language". It was explained as APP andOperation-layer, and was mainly related to Event Class, WebAction Class,EJBAction Class, Bean Class, Ifc. Expressive layer mainly handles logicalexpression of the customer end.It also explains the customer end request providesthe register for login in applies the session management controls the visit ofoperation service passes the respond to customer end;Operation layer mainlyhandles the core operation logic of application.It provides the necessary interfacefor the bottom operation accessories.Operation accessories use EJB container tocarry out the logical code of specified operation area. The designated logical codeof the operation realm data collected from customer program was processed byEJB container and then sent to data base storage. EJB container can also check thedata from data base then send back to customer program.In the last part of this paper, we demonstrated the functional flow of PartManagement subsystem including Part Create, Part Search, Part Checkout andUndo Checkout, Part modification, Part Checkin, View All Editions, View Attribute,Delete Part etc. Part Management come down to many other functional module likeEdition Management, Document Management. Combining with ProjectManagement and Workflow, we can make it consistently and constantly thereforeimprove the efficiency.
