The measure of constructing roads at the expense of huge money temporarily relieve the too crowded section of highways, but it induces more cars, which in turn makes the traffic more crowded , even paralyzed. So the construction of the city is plunged into the strange circle of"crowding—construction—relieving—crowding again",which tampers with the sustainable development of the city. To resolve the problem, countries all over the world are studying the sustainable mode of traffic in big cities.Because of the less-developed economy and weak linkage with the core city, the traffic structure in the cities and countries around the metropolitan areas is still single, especially hard to reach the hinterland. As far as the cities and countries around the metropolitan areas, it is important to enhance the regional integration.
