Since the 1990's, lots of high-grade pavements, especially asphalt pavements, have been constructed in our country, which results in severe lack of bitumen and aggregate. Meanwhile, many asphalt pavements have become old and need repair. Old asphalt mixtures need large field to pile and are disposed hardly. If disposed improper, they will pollute soil and water resource. Although, the recycling of old asphalt pavement has been taken importance to and developed in our country, it limits in the method research and is short for the study of application.This thesis elaborated on the technology of in-place hot recycling asphalt pavements. From the study of recycling asphalt pavement on the spot, some key factors are analyzed as the breed and proportion of regeneration additive, the proportion design of the recycling asphalt mixture, the mix process of the mixture. Further tests are taken to the asphalt varied in aging degree in order to verify the effect of the TY-X regeneration additive and to get the mix proportion accordingly. From Orthogonal tests, the machining technology of the regenerative asphalt mixture are optimized. Tests are also takes to the different old mixtures by the new technique. According to the code of highway hot-max asphalt mixture, the criterions are all fulfilled in all the test as the asphalt mixture Marshall test , the rutting test, the immersion aging Marshall test, the low temperature splitting test while the utilization ratio of old mixture are fifty percent. As the utilization ratio rises to seventy percent, some of the results are dissatisfied, as the criterions of hot-max asphalt mixture may be too critical for the regeneration mixture. Meanwhile, based on the spot investigation in Jinan, the targets of the heated surface are also fulfilled to the standard of indoor test. Taken the existing hot regeneration equipments, the conclusion would be drawn: with the proper technology and mechanical constructing, the regeneration mixture would satisfy the utilities of road, and it also takes the advantages of its convenience of fleetness and unhindered traffics etc.
