Milli-second delay blasting is one of the main technologies of modern blasting engineering. It plays a key roll in improving the shatter efficiency of medium and achieving structure's orderly disintegration when blasting demolition, especially in the aspect of bringing down the influence of blasting vibration. In this paper, the mechanism of non-electric initiating blasting network and choice of reasonable mini-interval time and the mini-interval initiating network are deeply studied.Firstly, the mechanism of perfecting blasting results and reducing the blasting vibration is summarized and analyzed. On the related principle of mini-interval initiating technology, the calculating formula of mini-interval time is analyzed. Some basic knowledge of choosing the mini-interval time is discussed. Some empirical methods of choosing the mini-interval time in practices of engineering blasting are introduced and analyzed.Secondly, the transmission rules and characteristics of blasting seism wave are analyzed in the paper. The methods of analyzing and predicting blasting vibration are introduced in this paper too. On the basis of summing up the engineering actions to reducing blasting vibration, the impacts and the calculating methods to control the blasting vibration are discussed in the paper. The superimposition rules of blasting seism wave are analyzed incorporated of analyzing practically measured data.Finally, a variety of mini-interval initiating network are summarized and contrasted in this paper. The reliabilities different mini-interval initiating network is analyzed in this paper, and the factors of influencing the reliability of mini-interval initiating network are especially analyzed. From the angle of choosing reasonable network form and laying skill, some measurements to improving the reliability of network are given in this paper.
