| Science of carrier rocket is the foundation of the development of spacetechnology. each rocket, equipped with as many as dozens of initiating explosive,achieves engine ignition, separation between stage rockets and other key motions.Therefore, the reliably of power supply circuit and control circuit is particularlysignificant, fast and efficient detection is needed before launch. Due to the highrisk and high cost of initiating explosive, real initiating explosive is not usuallyused in test, it is a better solution, using equivalent device, to realize automaticdetection of the power supply circuit and control circuit. Currently, there isseveral research of detection of the initiating explosive equivalent device,manual test and using proprietary device are two ways in common. Therefore, itis of practical significance to develop a detection system of the equivalent dev iceof initiating explosive.This paper analyzes the key performance indicators of the equivalent deviceof initiating explosive, several outside interface and the functions, that self-testdevice needs to achieve. Based on the overall design index, a co mpatiblyautomatic detecting system is developed.Firstly, this paper introduces the overall design of the self-test system,including the structure and the function of each module. Then it describeshardware design and software design of the self-test system in detail. The designof software on PC is to realize the remote control to the self-test device. Itcommunicates with the device via the internet.In this paper, the system meets the overall design index, proved by severaldebug of it. It can achieve automatic detection of the equivalent device ofinitiating explosive. |
