Research On Lining Segments Installation Machine Based On Vtechnology

This paper has introduced the development of the TBM and the lining segments installation machine and current situation briefly, and has done the argumentation briefly to the development of virtual prototyping.The theory and method of multi-rigid-body system dynamics is used to build the model of the lining segments installation machine with three-dimensional parameter software CATIA, then through the interface between CATIA and ADAMS software, input the lining segments installation machine prototype into ADAMS. By studying the multi-rigid-body dynamics of the machine, the dynamics characteristic of it is simulated, and the simulating result is qualitatively analyzed and evaluated, and the modeling and simulating method for large-scale project machine with ADAMS software is also probed into.With the famous FEM software ANSYS, the predigesting finite element model of the lining segments installation machine was built according to its character and work conditions, and the vibration characteristics (natural frequencies and mode shapes) of the structure was determined applying model analysis.lt also can be a starting point for another, more detailed, dynamic analysis, such as a transient dynamic analysis, a harmonic response analysis, or a spectrum analysis.Some parts of the lining segments installation machine is not only the crucial force-subsisting site, but also a major material-consuming part. According to the principal that both security and efficiency are necessary, structure analysis was applied to the on the basis of above results. (1) The contact analysis about joggling gears. (2) The static analysis about the big flexing arms. Lastly, depending the result of the structure analysis, the structure amelioration and optimization were applied to the lining segments installation machine.
