How to evaluate the tiredness stability of contact line, how to judge whether it can still function well, and how to establish its usage level, become the urgent projects in the railway construction. All of these require the tired evaluation of the contact line. In the tired evaluation system of the contact line, it is important to evaluate its tiredness, where the focus lies in the FEA of the support frame's tiredness. It provides core stress data for the evaluation system, and the analysis result is of great importance for the precision and veracity of the final result. The research in this thesis maintains a great theoretic and practical value by applying the FEA into the tiredness evaluation system of the contact line support frame.First of all, on the base of different FEA models of the contact line support frame in the environment of ANSYS, this thesis, according to different working conditions, undertakes static analysis, theoretic mode analysis, harmonic reponse analysis and transient dynamic analysis. Since the model built is representative, the analysis result can be referred as the theoretic support for the tiredness evaluation of the contact line support frame.Chapter 3 undertakes FEA for the statics under different working conditions of 15 kinds of FEA models of 5 types of support frames. The whole structure condistion of the support frame could be found out from the distributing condition of the static stress of the support frame as well as the flexbility distortion of the main parts.Chapter 4 undertakes mode analysis and harmonic response analysis for the 5 types of support frames. The lower order natural vibration frequencies and the lower order modes of vibration of the support frame are found out by the mode analysis of the support frame through the subspace iteration. Also, the characteristics of the lower order frequencies and the lower order mode of vibration are found out. Mode analysis, providing the necessary mode parameters for the dynamic analysis, is the base of the dyanmics computation. The harmonic response analysis result of the support frame shows the steady periodic response in the structure system under the periodic load, and also help find out the steady response of the support frame structure under the harmonic load which changes regularly with time.On the base of the static analysis and mode analysis, chapter 5 undertakes the transient dynamic analysis. The transient daynamic analysis result shows the dynamic response of the support frame under the load which changes with time. Through transient dynamic analysis, we can find out the displacement, strain and stress of the support frame under the optional comibation of the static load, transient load and harmonic load.Finally, this thesis analyizes the main FEA result data, and undertakes the theoretic evaluation for the tiredness stability of the support frame.
