Hanzheng Jie,which is close to Changjiang river and Han river,has a long history.After Han river changerd its channel in Ming Dynasty,HanzhengJie gradually became the business center of Wuhan.Today in HanzhengJie,the street space possesses high congestion and density.The use of exterior commercial space is extremely characteristic and presents much liquidity,which adds to its vitalities.This paper aims to do some research on the liquidity of the exterior commercial space in this area,and answer to the following question:What result the commerce liquidity will bring of?How to make use of the exterior space more efficiently under the condition of high density and congestion? After getting more information of the use of exterior commercial space,commerce space is classified into three types in this paper:person-car-separated street,person-car-mixed street and the surplus space.Then this paper analyze the liquidity of the commerce types from different asecpts such as time,space and the factor of commerce itself,which make it clear what inliuences the commerce liquidity will bring about. After a series of research on business liquidity,we could found that it can enrich the city space,provide more diverce activity field,making the space more vital,stir up diverce functions of space,and raise the utilization rate of space in limited condition; It also compensates the regular commerce some extent.On the other hand,commerce liquidity brings about some negative influences on transportation and magagements.Concerning the negative influence,we should make improvement on both the practical space design and the management.On the basis of the analysis,some suggestion on the districr,the passage,the public space,the green and the management will be given to the aftertime construction of hanzhengjie area.
