The energy consumption of the residential building is the important constitution of the civilian building's energy consumption, compare to the public building, the individual energy consumption is lower, but the total energy consumption is larger. And with the development of the economy, its proportion will increase more and more quickly. In our country, the underway time of building energy efficiency is later than the developed country, so the residential building's energy efficiency of our country has a long way to catch up with the developed country. Therefore, the building's energy efficiency especially the residential building's energy efficiency should be given much more consideration and be researched as an important task. Furthermore, this paper is the important part of research project which named "Design of energy efficiency in residential building in performance way" in ShenZhen Institute of Building Research.This paper take the ShenZhen's residential building for example , through a large number of energy simulation for actual residential building , indicate a lot of design projects for energy efficiency of residential buildings in performance way.At first, investigation of the 18 residential communities which area is about 70,000m~2 , present distribution rule of the energy efficiency parameters including orientation, area ratio of window to wall , shape coefficient of building, building envelope's construction. Selected five typical residential buildings from the investigation and simulated the present air conditioning energy consumption of these buildings , besides ,the author indicated the advantage and disadvantage between custom budget method and absolute data limitation method, summarize the invert method from DOE2IN to DOE-2. Secondly, testing the exterior wall's heating transfer coefficient in tier building , the differences between testing valve and design value is about 8.43%, and analysis the reason of the error. Analyze the influence rules of energy efficiency parameters which are include orientation , shape coefficient, envelope's performance to air conditioning energy consumption ,and find the value of energy efficiency ratio difference between the best and the worst orientation is 0.08% to 6.09%, the shape coefficient have a little influence to the energy efficiency in hot summer and warm winter zone, and also find the exterior wall, roof, exterior window's contribution ratio for building energy efficiency in different kinds of residential buildings , regress the formulas between C_m and air... |
