Investigation Into Energy Consumption And Analysis Of Energy Efficiency Of Residential Building In Chendu

At present,China's energy situation is increasingly urgent.Energy saving is one of the important way to solving the problem.The building energy consumption takes a greatly portion in the total energy consumption ,and shows an increasing trend year by year .The building energy efficiency become more and more important. Thus, It is of great significance to study the building energy consumption and to analyze building energy efficiency.This thesis focuses on residential building.Firstly, monthly water, electricity, gas consumptions are investigated and analyzed;Secondly,based on local climate, and building characteristics energy efficient strategies for residential building design are offered, especially passive methods are elaborated; Lastly, The energy simulation software, DeST-h is used to simulate the typical residential building in Chengdu.Different enclosure schemes are studied, and energy consumption, capital investments and returns are analyzed..Some problems are discussed and measures are proposed.The work of this thesis may help energy-saving design of the residential building in Chengdu.
