Research On Elevation Design Of High-rise Assembling Residence With Steel Structure

According to the 13th Five-Year Plan of China,assembly building has entered the stage of index promotion,and the number of assembly residential projects is increasing,showing a good momentum of development.However,as a natural assembly structure of steel residential buildings,not only the requirements of assembly standardization in design,but also the need to achieve diversified development goals.Solving the contradiction between standardization and diversification is an important link to promote the market competitiveness of steel housing.Starting from the facade of high-rise steel structure residence,this paper will discuss the diversified design methods of fabricated frame structure residence facade,with a view to promoting the development of high-rise steel structure residence design in China.The full text consists of five parts.Chapter ?:Introduction.Starting from the topic and background of this paper,the concepts related to steel structure residence and elevation design are defined,and the research contents and methods are determined.It also combs the research status at home and abroad,and points out that there are contradictions between standardized design,construction,construction and diversified demand in the design of steel structure residential buildings.Chapter ?:combs the development and evolution of facade design of assembled residential buildings at home and abroad.Firstly,the influence of industrial revolution on residential facade design is analyzed,and the characteristics of facade design in different development stages are sorted out according to the development stages.Chapter ?:The basic part of the facade design of assembled steel structure residence.Firstly,on the basis of the analysis of each element in the elevation design of steel structure residence,this paper expounds the principles of standardization and diversification in the elevation design of steel structure residence,and puts forward the basic strategies of elevation diversification design from the perspective of special system and general system,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following.Chapter IV:Firstly,the design principles are clarified.On this basis,the design ideas of elevation are summarized.After discussing the individual design and combination design of prefabricated wallboard,prefabricated balcony and detail components,the diversified design methods of elevation of high-rise steel structure residence are improved by using the material and color of prefabricated components.Chapter V:Summary and prospect.
