Research And Retrofit On Programmed Control System And Industrial Television Monitoring System Of Power Plant's Coal Transfer System

This paper is based on the finished project of Programmed Control System(PCS) andTelevision Monitoring System(TvMS) in Inner Mongolia Dalate Power Plant. After theanalysis of field devices , this paper suggests and realizes two improved measures .One isthe realization of field devices automatic fault location,which is when the PCSdetects a fault of field devices , it will signal the TvMS ,and the latter will Subsequentlydisplay the fault device in the monitor on time. Two is the realization of Remote Monitoringof the TvMs, which is that the host computer captures the field video signals through realtime Video Capture Card, and the remote users connect the field host computer to get thereal time video signals through the local area network of power plant. Users can make acontrol signal to the host computer to control the TvMS as well.
