A new-style all-digital ultrasound detecting instrument has been developed,which is based on dual cores structure and consists of MCU (CPU) and DSP. So theflexible control capability of MCU and the powerful signal processing ability of DSPcan be exerted fully.For this structure, it becomes technical key to insure high-speed data exchangebetween CPU and DSP. It is key content of my task to design the data exchangeprotocol between CPU and DSP.Two keys are significant for the performance of testing apparatus: the ability ofidentifying weak signal from noise background;the perfect functions and theconfigurable ability of the operating system software. The anti-jamming design of thehigh speed collection system and multi-functions module design become emphases ofmy research.In addition, more and more demands for handsome interface, comfortableoperation and high speed inter-linkage result in the essential over-fly of design idea.The work will become more and more complicated. Abundant consideration has beengiven on these aspects.This dissertation satisfactorily accomplished design, programme, debug, checkand accept of the dual cores system. DSP, the coprocessor adopts various digitalsignal processing technique to realize digital filter, peak value capture, and massstorage. In contrast with the old scheme based on single MCU, the dual coresstructure possesses particular processing capability advantage.Aimed at technique bug of NO.2 generation ultrasound detecting instrument,all-digital NO.3 generation ultrasound detecting instrument scheme has been broughtforward.
