Along with the ultrasonic technology continues to mature and the rapiddevelopment of computer and electronic technology, the portable B-type ultrasonicdiagnosis instrument which based on ultrasonic technology has been extensivelydeveloped. Bladder capacity detector is specialized medical equipment which isportable and non-invasive, and it is necessary equipment that can be used to doquantitative and qualitative disease inspection. This paper introduces the algorithmselection of bladder capacity detector and the hardware and software design. This paper has studied the basic principles of ultrasound diagnosis and designedthe hardware drivers and algorithms of the bladder capacity testing device. In thesection of hardware part,we design the key drivers of ultrasonic probe and some keyperipheral modules. In the section of software part,we compare different algorithmsof bladder capacity detection, and do a detailed analysis of their advantages anddisadvantages. Ultimately choose an improved algorithm which is highly accurate andeasy to implement. In this paper we also design a set of edge detection for ultrasoundimage processing algorithms by comparing different methods of edge detectionalgorithms, and also use c languages to develop a set of utility edge detectionalgorithm that based on sobel algorithm. And then use some technologies of B-type ultrasound image processing, whichmainly including the image denoising, edge detection and edge extraction and otherkey technologies. The research paper is helpful to improve the accuracy of bladder tester.Experimental results show that the bladder tester can achieve very good imageprocessing effect and relatively accurate volume measurement.
