Building energy consumption simulation calculation and analysis is employed in the stage of architectural design to optimize energy-efficiency methods by comparing different projects. Hence, reasonable building energy consumption simulation calculation and analysis for residential buildings can help to accelerate the speed of development of architectural energy-efficiency work.In order to rationalize the evaluation for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter area, this paper will start with evaluation for energy consumption., by employing residential building energy consumption simulation calculation software Doe2IN which is recommended by national standard, in according with some questions during using this soft ,such as energy consumption calculation in high-rise residential buildings ,heat transmission coefficient of outside wall in calculation of residential building energy consumption, and energy consumption calculation on bottom-hollowed in residential buildings, this paper will bring up rational suggestion in order to calculate more real and reasonable building dynamic simulation. Thus the evaluation for energy efficiency of residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter area could be supported theoretically.Finally, this paper based on energy consumption analysis, by modeling typical style, and according to the results of dynamic calculation, I will analyze the energy consumption effect on some energy consumption factors on different kinds of residential buildings.I hope, through the research on energy efficiency evaluation of residential buildings, that energy-efficiency design work in hot summer and cold winter zone could be greatly supported theoretically in order to promote the development of architectural energy efficiency work.
