Taking Xinjiang Medical University of centralized heating system heat meteringimplement for the purpose, to the practical application for the foundation, investigationand statistics of the central heating system modification for energy saving situation, inthe current energy saving reconstruction on the basis of the current situation, putforward suitable heat metering method and corresponding network of cycle powerenergy-saving programs, so that the heat metering reform and pipeline cycle powertransformation synchronously, achieve true energy-saving heating.At2009-2010heating season, the author tested the supply and return watertemperature, flow rate of Welfare area, South Road area, North Road transfer station, onthe basis of “Standard of Energy Efficiency Inspection of Heating ResidentialBuildings”(JGJ132-2001), and then filtered, collated, and analyzed the data, calculatedthe pipe network dissipate heatand water loss percentage, in turn12.06%,25.94%,15.16%, loss of hydraulic imbalance percentage, in turn38.12%,27.26%,42.01%.These datas were lager than the “Standard of Energy Efficiency Inspection of HeatingResidential Buildings”(JGJ132-2001) specified10%. Analyzing the hydraulicimbalance is very serious.After charging at heating metering in the heating system, provisions users mustinstall radiator temperature control valve. Because independent regulation of thetemperature control valve, makes the heating system from the constant flow runninginto the variable flow operation. In order to adapt to the temperature control valveinduced flow variations by random, circulating water pumps in heating system suitablefor variable frequency speed control. Use of pressure difference control method todetermine the variable speed pump working point, after installing VVVF circulatingwater pump each heat exchange of the central heating system, power-saving571519kwh,save the cost of343000RMB, energy-saving potential is very great.Based on74#South Road area as a case study, put forward the scheme of heatmetering, building envelope retrofit for energy-saving and heat metering energy-savingtransform synchronism to undertake, to achieve real heat metering. Economic contrastanalysis3schemes, determine the heat metering reform scheme, namely the wholebuilding to install a piece of the total heat meter. According to the initial investment of34340RMB, energy saving profit8457.565RMB, calculated the recovery period is5 years.
