This article aims at mechanical products with green design, green retrieve for useless, and it have a deep research on disassemble design of green vessel.Main content as follow(I) Present design and structural analysis for medium & small sized vesselThe structural design directly influences disassemble performance while retrieve of useless vessel. The medium & small sized vessel are provided with own special configuration. On the base of analysis for vessel existing configuration, this article introduces several typical configuration which influenced disassemble performance.
