Integrated development for Green Product (IDGP) is processes and methods oriented the life cycle of products, which import the consciousness of resources and environment into the development process, integrate the techniques, methods and tools of Green design in the development system, and obtain green products with synthetically optimized performance of functions, qualities, costs and environmental attributes. Today, with the lack of resources and the increasingly serious environmental destroy, and IDGP has become one of the important technical means to utilize resources reasonably and realize the strategy of sustainable development.Based on the inland and outland researches on this field, this dissertation studies on the basic theories and technical methods of the integrated development for green mechatronic products, and puts emphasis on the structure and modeling of the system, as well as the product application model and enable tools to support design for recycle. The main research work is as follows.(1) Put forward the structure of the IDGP system. Based on the comparison and the analysis of the existing development system structures, the IDGP system structure based on the uniform product model is put forward. The key technologies, such as the system development strategy, are studied.(2) Establish the IDGP system model. Based on the analysis of the difference and the relationship between traditional products and green products, the function model, the information model and the processing model of the IDGP system are established. Aiming at the product development characteristics of green, integration and concurrent the key technologies of the product development, such as the information coordination and the process conflict, are discussed. And the methods of information coordination and conflict solving are put forward,(3) Establish the recycling application model. Borrowing ideas from the methods of assembly modeling and aiming at the characteristics of DFR tools, a recycling application model, named object-oriented hierarchy-net-graph, is put forward. The model obtains and transfers information, such as the geometry information and the assembly information, from the product integrated model by the information mapping mechanism, and organizes the information in the mode that is the most suitable for the application of DFR tools. This provides the information access mechanism for the application of enable tools, such as DFD tools. The organization structure of the model information is mainly discussed, and the definition, the realization method and the strategy of the model are studied.(4) Realize the information mapping from the integrated model to the recycling application model. Based on the former researches on the system modeling, the main model in the product integrated information model and the information in the recycling application model are described mathematically. The mathematical model mapping from the main model to the recycling application model is established, and the model divides the transformation process into some basic mapping functions and describes the information mapping mechanism correctly and in detail. At last, the algorithms and the software realizations of the main functions in the information mapping mechanism are discussed.(5) Put fonvard the DFD methods of green products. Based on the former researches and aiming at the practical application and the software development ability, a set of DFD methods are put forward, including the disassembly sequence planning based on the engineering semanteme, the direction reasoning based on the assembly constraints, the assessment algorithm of disassembly ability based on the experiment data, and the redesign for disassembly based on feedback figures and tables.(6) Develop the IDGP system software.
