| Cezi Island 300,000DWT crude oil terminal which is located west of Dinghai in zhoushan in Zhejiang province, is one part of National strategic petroleum reserve base. In this thesis, the natural conditions in the construction area such as weather, hydrological, geological, was analyzed, and then the program design of the plan layout and hydraulic Structures was completed based on the related national codes, which was on experience of domestic and overseas large crude oil terminals and of course the specific conditions and experiments of this project was considered sufficiently. In the plan layout program design, the layout form and layout of terminal axis, cable Facilities were demonstrated and compared in detail, and the bow-tie layout form, including major and vice berthing dolphin, cleat and work plan, was adopted finally. The main structures were researched taking account of the Characteristics of geological conditions, ship types and loads.
