| Urban public transportation is a very important part in traffic and transportation domain, and it's also the inevitable result of social economy's development in urban areas. As an important part of urban transportation system, Urban public transportation system acting an key role of contact human living, social production and transportation domain .In the tendency of economic globalization, developed or developing country, the public transport system of them is confronted with new challenges and problems of traffic blocking and service level decreasing. So, based on the circumstance and problem of urban public transportation, the effective and feasible measure of innovation on public transportation system must be adopted timely, it is the only way to develop public transportation in currency.Based on the present studies of developing urban public transportation, this paper analyzed the abroad and domestic circumstance of urban public transportation, and believed that we must invested the circumstance and the service level completely, then the accurate data of public traffic system evaluation can be attained. With this data, the model based on AHP to solve the public traffic system with fuzzy synthesis evaluation methods was designed after have created a series of index system of public traffic system evaluation. As a result, the analysis and evaluation of all the bus line can be operation one bye one. So we can make use of the result of evaluation and analysis to enhance the whole serving level of urban public transportation system ,and as an important foundation of government decide policy.In the end, this paper puts these analysis and evaluation methods and model into use within the Shenzhen city. So, the result of this paper can be used as an universal evaluation methods of public transportation system and innovation of system in transportation by other cities. |
