Research On Road Passenger Transportation System Planning In Huludao

October 2003, the strategy of revitalizing northeast old industrial base was implemented, and the Liaoning provincial government proposed the "speed up economic development plan for northwestern areas" in the same year.In 2009, Liaoning five-point-one-line strategy rised for the National Strategy, and Huludao City in the support of these two national strategies was facing an unprecedented opportunity for development.On the other hand, young Huludao faced serious challenges, especially in passenger transport, and integrated transport system has not yet formed, less urban public transport vehicles, line low density, poor quality of service, low share.On the contrary, taxis were far above the national standard, human tricycle, motor tricycle, disabled car full of small streets, city bus and lines bus were cross-running, deep contradictions, and passenger system structure were quite unreasonable.In 2009, the twentieth anniversary of Huludao building, nation implemented the fuel tax reform and most of the reform, urban public transport and taxi for the transport sector to manage , a large transportation system was formatted, providing guarantee from the institutional mechanisms for the establishment of an integrated transport development systemThe current situation of the passenger transport system and existing problems in Huludao are analyzed in this paper, then the development trend of passenger transport system is analyzed, and both qualitative and quantitative development of the passenger transport system has been predicted, finally, the layout of the passenger transportation system is studied and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This paper is divided into six chapters, and each chapter is as follows:The first chapter introduces the research background of paper, the purpose and meaning, status, main contents and thesis research ideas and research framework.The second chapter, on the status of passenger transport system are analyzed, including the level of motorization, road passenger traffic, passenger terminal and the passenger traffic flow, urban public transport, but also the structure of passenger transport system is analyzed.The third chapter, the development trend of passenger transport system is analyzed, using scientific methods from both qualitative and quantitative aspects of the structure to forecast passenger transport system, covering mobile technology level forecasting, highway passenger volume forecast, passenger volume , flow volume and direction forecast and demand forecast .The forth chapter, the passenger transport system planning Huludao City is researched , covering the objectives and principles of distribution planning , the public transportation network layout, station layout, passenger vehicles and structural layout, the layout of scheduling classes.The fifth chapter, transport system development strategy in Huludao City is researched and recommendations and comments are made.The sixth Chapter, the research results of the text are summarized, and further study is made.Status of the passenger system is analyzed comprehensively in articles, the road passenger demand is forecasted scientifically, the layout of the passenger transport system is researched, and measures and recommendations are proposed for the establishment of integrated transport system.
