It is important to evaluate the performance good or bad for auto airconditioning system in the competitive market. Generally, manual air conditioningsystem can not do some automatic variety such as ambient temperature, intensity ofsunlight, development of shade, driving speed, and control quality is not so good, itneed driver to operate, influencing driving safely. As a general technique toincrease national competition, it is the international research focus for decades.Based on SAIBAO project, applying the software CATIA to design anddevelopment together with the vehicle. In this paper finished the mathematicsmodel of fully automatic air conditioning system, performed heating andventilation system simulations for CFD analysis, and designed a lot of methods toverify.The total project is assured, it is HF auto company, pinifarina of Italycompany and showa-ocean dalian company cooperative project. Used for referencesome advanced experience. In this paper, I developed the fully automatic airconditioning system design, the control principle and logic, economical fuel, designverification methods. The main contents are as follows:1. firstly this paper introduces some aspects relevant to the project such as therequirement of the research on the design method or fully automatic airconditioning system, the current condition of this project, the contents andsignificance of my project.2. Though the air conditioning system use of the are different, but they have onecommon characteristic that the air conditioning system satisfies the practicabilityand the requirement of customer's comfortable grade. Based on the vehicle designprinciple, I finished the project of the fully automatic air conditioning system. Inthis paper, including design project, function, contented principle, optimize designanalysis, ventilation and defrost CFD analysis.3. Based on the vehicle fully automatic air conditioning system project, Iestablished the control model, finished the control part mathematics model andcurrent principle drawing, and finished control principle as below: automatic blowtemperature control, automatic blow model, air refresh control, defrost control, maxcool and max heat control, idle control, warm control, revise intensity of sunlightcontrol, back up control, rear defrost control, compressor locked control.4. In this paper, the pressure sensor applied the control system, and the signal putinto the engine ECU to control the cooler fan speed. I development a lot of text toresearched the pressure sensor control method, at last the fully automatic airconditioning system realized the purpose of economical fuel.5. Designed validation method, used wind tunnel laboratory which new building, Idid a lot of text, and I revised a control data to purposed the comfortable.6 .In this paper, the I developed the fully automatic air conditioning system basedon SGMA car, used a lot of same pats such as: condenser, compressor, HVAC crust,blower and so on. The development cost reduced. The system has the followingcharacteristics:1. Achieve the function of fully system through the operation of knob and screenshows.2. Automatic adjust the within temperature, and it can reach can maintain the userexpect temperature.3. Automatic adjust the blow model.4. Not only it have automatic adjust functions but also it have manual operationfunctions. The passengers may select the model what they love to do.5. Self-diagnosis function.Because the limited knowledge on the automatic air conditioning system anddesign method of A/C control unit, this paper did the research on the airconditioning system design and logical control. Based on this paper someone candevelop next step research about the fully automatic air conditioning system.
