Along with the progress of urbanization, the traffic congestion have becomethe outstanding problem of the city, and blocked the healthy and sustainabledevelopment of the city. In order to moderate the relationship of urbantransportation and land use, valid improve or reduce the traffic impact that thefacilities construction bring, the traffic impact analysis as a kind of valid means, isbeing recognized by government and the programming section gradually, andcontinuously perfect in the fulfillment. Because of the diversity of land use andconstruction item, it is impossible to deal with intended constructed item with unifytraffic impact analysis method. How to carry on the traffic impact analysis to theurban traffic hub, confirm it's traffic impact scope, evaluates it's impact degree onthe road network in the scope and put forward improving measure, develop thefunction of traffic impact analysis as evaluated measure of traffic bug planningproject, moderate the district transportation and land use, is a topic that needs to bestudy urgently.During the study of the paper, I read a lot of thesis literature and find out thatmany articles usually discuss traffic impact analysis about commerce and house etc.Lacks of measure integrate the macroscopic planning and microcosmic simulation,which is used to analyses how the urban traffic bug impact road network around.Therefore, drawing lessons from the result of traffic impact analysis abroad, thisthesis discuss traffic impact analysis of urban traffic bug in china. Using quantitiesprocessing traffic impact analysis, we can predict the road network's trafficcondition after urban traffic bug sets up, and analyses traffic flow, saturation,traffic capacity etc of junction, section, bug passageway. This is not only importantto enrich traffic impact analysis system, and for instruction traffic impact analysiswork about urban traffic bug's construction have realistic meaning.In this paper, research object is urban traffic bug, combining paper'scharacteristics to carry on the traffic impact analysis method and application study.The main research contents are as follows:Chapter 1: provides a traffic impact analysis's research condition, aimed atfinding inadequate and discussing traffic impact analysis's improving measurementabout urban traffic hub by comparing study and practice of traffic impact analysisdomestic and abroad.Chapter 2: mainly introduce urban traffic hub's role, functions and features,combined with the characteristics presented transportation organizational designideas and methods at hub.Chapter 3: introduce the feature of traffic impact analysis about urban traffichub and other facilities different from other facilities. Taking into account theimpact features of traffic hub for the surrounding area, introduced several ways fordetermining the scope of the traffic impact hub–Cloud model, mass extrapolationand categories attract rate. Given the advantages and disadvantages of variousmethods, according to compare, the author adopted categories attract rate law todetermine the hub's traffic impact scope. Through the analysis of urban traffic hub'sO-D features, introduces more than one district center models in traffic forecastingmethodology, which can use road traffic flow to infer O-D and forecast trafficdemand of the impact zone by four stages methods. Traffic generation methods aremainly original forecast unit France, the growth rate law and the law of regressionanalysis. The main forecasting methods of traffic distribution are growth factor lawand the law of gravity models. In order to forecast objectives O-D matrixaccurately, the paper introduced Fratar model in the law of the growth factor anddouble-gravity models. Traffic way predicting model commonly predict sharingrate by sharing rate model at first and then plus O-D traffic flow or distributingtraffic flow, gain shared traffic flow of various traffic mode. Commonly we adoptlogit probable traffic way model. There are lots of methods of traffic assignmentmethods. We mainly introduce All-or-Nothing Assignment, STOCH Assignment,Capacity and User Equilibrium. In this final section, put forward the evaluationindex of how hub impact section, junction and the entire road network, qualitativeanalysis how the hub impact others.Chapter 4: introduce the concept of traffic simulation and the common trafficsimulation model, and brought forward how to carry through the simulationanalysis to traffic status of before and after the construction of hub at the base ofanalyzing the need of simulation to the traffic impact analysis of traffic hub.Chapter 5: put up a demonstration study of Changchun city's passengertransport hub reconstruction by using the methods in this paper. I investigated thebasic traffic data and the public traffic data of the Changchun passenger traffic hub,and analyzed of the current existing problems of the hub deeply, and put forward aproject to optimize and integrate the foot passenger and vehicle traffic flow, andforecasted the traffic demand of hub impact zone by using the four stages model inthe TransCAD software, and analyzed the congestion level of the road network inimpacted areas at macro meaning. In the forecast process, the impacted areas in itwas divided into six mid traffic zones and five mid traffic zones outside the zone.Then the six mid traffic zones were divided into nineteen traffic small zones torationally use a multi-center projection model. By using the investigated sectiontraffic volume to educe the traffic attract volume of the current small zones,according to the passenger volume and population data of Changchun Citypassenger transport hub to forecast the travel happen and attract by the grow ratemethod. Followed by the introduction of forecast to the future distribution of asmall O-D by double-gravity model, and get the travel O-D matrix of futurecharacter year, and then introduced traffic distribution of different road networksbefore and after reconstruction in future character year by using capacityconstraints-many paths method, thus get the road networks traffic volume ofimpacted areas, then figure out the congestion degree of the road network. Finallywas the simulation to the conditions of the impacted areas before and afterreconstruction the hub by using VISSIM software, and get simulation data. Thenanalyze the impact level to surrounding road network and evaluate the trafficorganization project.The unique points of this paper were as follows:First, according to the features of urban passenger transport hub, amulti-center zone model section traffic volume was used to anti-selection O-Dmatrix which predigested the investigation job, and ensured data veracityeffectively in the traffic forecast, in the application of a traffic forecast modelsections of traffic, simplified effectively guarantee data accuracy.Secondly, the hub traffic impact degree was analyzed at macro meaning byusing four stages method in TransCAD software and the hub areas traffic impactionwas simulated at the micro meaning by using VISSIM software at the same time.By using the two macro and micro methods to evaluate the traffic impaction of thehub reconstruction and continuation, it fetch up the shortages of using singlemethod.
