It brings enormous pressure to the roadsto develop land heavily and increases the contradiction of urban supply and demand. This makes urban road traffic management more difficult. The bottleneck of China’s urban transport system encountered is how to use thecity’s existing land resources and road traffic conditions to meet all reasonabledemand for transport. It aimsat the steady development of transportation infrastructure construction, maintainingthe balance between supply and demand in traffic and improving handing in roadtraffic safety. This TIA begins with the traffic characteristics of the referral areaaround the building project, then analysis the impact on the surrounding road trafficsystem after the completion of the project, finally, makes recommendations toimprove the project’ s internal and external traffic environment.
