The technology of digital virtual prototyping is the main methods toshorten the duration of R&D , reduce the cost of development, enhance thequality of production with the development of the technology , the virtualproduction design and virtual production manufacturing become more andmore powerful, then the technology of computer simulation has been usedin many areas. The dynamic analysis of mechanical system is the core ofvirtual prototyping technology, the dynamic of vehicle is the most importantfor automobile, in order to reduce the risk of development, it is necessary touse the technology of virtual prototyping and dynamic analysis to resolvemechanical question before prototype of the car finished, the car is verycomplicated multi-body system , the traditional calculate methods isdifficulty to resolve this question. When we develop a new car , in order toadapt Chinese regulations, we need to change some of the parameters ofsuspension. So I built the full vehicle dynamic model , by using the ADAMSsoftware, and studied how some parameters of the suspension ,steersystem and tire, affect the handling and other performance of stability ofthe car through the dynamic and kinetic analysis of the full vehicle models.And proved the results through the handling tests.
