The development of contemporary manufacturing system requires move advanced automatization of either single machine or manufacturing system which motivates us to make research deeper than that of the existing of enterprises, one of the critical points is to realize dynamic monitoring and control of manufacture, especially the dynamic monitoring and control techniques (DMC) in the automatic manufacturing system of CIMS (CIMS/MAS).Based on the summarize and analysis of theoretical research and practical application of DMC in the past 20 years of domestic and abroad scholars of mechanical engineering, this thesis points out that there exist currently two handicaps in DMC research, one of them is the existing research methods are various and non-systematization which makes DMC inconvenient in application, another aspect is the impossibility of realizing the data and physical integration of DMC and CIMS/MAS. For this, the research content of this paper is to make further and systematic research to the existing theoretical research and application, thus to develop a common applied software of DMC, which is applied and demonstrated by the experimental research in which XK-516 numerical controlled machine tool is employed, the movement error of machine table is recorded and modeling is made. Based the model parameters the error auto-power spectrums is made to analysis the source of error generation, whereas a minimum variance adaptive compensatory control system by computer simulation is also made to investigate the effect of DMC in the application of error compensatory . In addition the paper discusses the opened NC system oriented to CIMS/MAS, presents its constitution and operation mode, along with the integration of DMC and DNC ( group control ) system, the core of which is to integrate with advanced applied program of DMC, thus to realize the physical integration of DMC and CIMS/MAS, and to create a bright future of DMC in application.
