With the arrival of globalization era, the tourism and leisure economy develop promptly, whose proportion in national economy has become more and more. At the same time, along with the improvement of society product efficiency, the practice of double rest day and the aged tendency of population, the leisure time of people grows , and the demand of public leisure space also increases further. This paper aims at the actuality in urban public leisure space that landscape is monotonous and identical; space scale is too big and clear thorough; artificial environmental and traditional culture are lack of connection, and so on. Hubing area in Hangzhou is my key research district. Other surround lake leisure point, abroad typical leisure place and the investigation of public opinion of public leisure space are combined together. Based on the humanistic spirit, the environmental behavior research and landscape philosophy are studied from the visual angle of landscape between structure, function and the behavior of person and place. The feature of landscape place of gathering place is summarized. At the same time, combining with fractal geometry and entropy calculation, and quantitative measurement of space feature of leisure place, the shape index and range entropy calculation of leisure place that people like are educed, which have offered quantification index for transform and the construction of modern leisure place, and the theory of urban public leisure space is replenished and perfected.
